Your Team Works Hard.
Invest in the Bodies Doing It.

Workplace massage programmes for South Yorkshire businesses — delivered on-site at your premises or at our Treeton studio, by a Level 4 qualified sports massage therapist. Start with a taster session and let the team tell you whether it's worth keeping.

Why Workplaces Book It

Desk Work Builds Tension.
Regular Treatment Takes It Apart.

A large share of my week is spent treating desk workers — necks, shoulders and lower backs shaped by screens, commutes and long sitting. By the time most people book for themselves, the tension has been building for months.

Workplace programmes flip that. Short, regular treatments catch problems while they're still small, and because the appointment comes to the office, uptake is dramatically higher than any benefit your team has to organise for themselves.

It also lands differently as a benefit. A therapist in the building once a month says something about how a business treats its people — in a way a discount code never will.

How It Works

Three Steps, No Long Contracts

01

Taster Session

I come to you for a half or full day of short chair or table treatments. The team experiences it; you gauge the reaction.

02

Build the Programme

Weekly, fortnightly or monthly visits — on-site, studio-based, or a mix — sized and priced around your team.

03

Keep What Works

No long contracts. Programmes continue because teams ask for them, not because a term locks you in.

Common Questions

Corporate Wellness: FAQ

The questions HR managers and business owners ask before a first visit. Anything else — email and I'll answer directly.

Two formats. On-site: I bring a treatment chair or table to your workplace and run back-to-back appointments — typically 15 to 30 minutes per person — in a spare room or quiet corner. Studio-based: your team books discounted sessions at my Treeton studio in their own time. Most businesses start on-site, then add studio access for people who want longer treatments.
It depends on team size, session length, and how often you want me in — so I price each programme individually rather than publishing a one-size-fits-none rate. Email me with rough numbers and I’ll send a clear quote. A one-off taster session is the usual low-commitment way to start.
For chair-based sessions, roughly the footprint of a desk — a meeting room or quiet office corner is plenty. For table work I need about 3m by 2m. I bring everything: chair or table, couch roll, and music if the room allows it.
They can — and mostly they don’t, until something already hurts. Desk work builds neck, shoulder and lower-back tension slowly, and regular short treatments catch it early. Bringing treatment into the workplace removes every excuse, and it lands as a genuinely valued benefit rather than another app subscription nobody opens.
Yes — Level 4 Sports Massage Therapy qualified and fully insured, including for work delivered on business premises. I can provide documentation for your HR or facilities team before the first visit.
Rotherham, Sheffield and the wider South Yorkshire area. The studio is in Treeton, just off the Sheffield Parkway, so business parks along the M1 and Parkway corridor are particularly easy to reach.
