Who I am

What I collect and why
Bookings. Appointments are handled by Square Appointments. When you book, Square collects your name, contact details, and payment information under Square's privacy policy. I see your name, contact details, and appointment history so I can run your sessions.
Health information. Before treatment I ask about injuries, medical conditions, and anything that affects how I work. This is kept confidentially, used only to treat you safely, and never shared without your consent unless the law requires it.
Email and SMS updates. If you opt in to blog updates or booking reminders, I use your email address or phone number for exactly that. Every message includes a way to opt out, and opting out stops the messages.
What I don't do
I don't sell your data, I don't share it with advertisers, and I don't send marketing you haven't asked for.
Third parties
This site embeds a Google Map for directions, which is served by Google under its own privacy policy. Payments and bookings run through Square. Email delivery runs through my email provider. Each processes only what it needs to provide that service.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask me what I hold about you, ask for a copy, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email me and I'll sort it. If you're unhappy with how I've handled your data, you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
